The biggest reason I started blogging again and then started the podcast was because I felt prompted to start--over the course of months actually. I felt Heavenly Father leading me to start creating content again, but I put it off. I didn't know what I really wanted to do with it, what I wanted to write.

I wrote the word stillness in my journal as a word to focus on throughout the day, because when we find stillness, we find creativity.

For a long time, I didn’t think I was pretty. I didn’t think I was strong or capable. And these low confidence thoughts affected me deeply.
